Arno's Work

Arno is an experienced and well respected photographer.

He has traveled and exhibited around the world and twice received Photographer of Year awards. His geographic grasp of New Zealand and the South Pacific is unsurpassed in photographic circles with many assignments for NZ Geographic, GEO (Germany & France), Australian Geographic, Smithsonian (USA) and the New York Times.


He is the co-author of many books, including CENTRAL, a feature on the landscape of Central Otago, which won the illustrative category of New Zealand's prestigious Montana Book Awards.

More recently, he was selected as a contributor to the The Best of New Zealand Geographic book.
